Bold espresso, creamy oat milk, and a little shake-shake-shake — this one’s cool, energizing, and totally plant-based. Sweeten to taste and enjoy the refresh.

Oat Milk Shaken Espresso

Ingredients

  • Freshly brewed hot coffee (1 cup)
  • Oat milk (4 oz)
  • Ice cubes
  • Sweetener (optional)


Instructions

  • Brew a shot of espresso.
  • Fill a shaker with ice and add the espresso and oat milk.
  • Shake it up vigorously for about 15 seconds!
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Sweeten if you like, then sip and feel refreshed
