Oat Milk Shaken Espresso
Bold espresso, creamy oat milk, and a little shake-shake-shake — this one’s cool, energizing, and totally plant-based. Sweeten to taste and enjoy the refresh.
Ingredients
- Freshly brewed hot coffee (1 cup)
- Oat milk (4 oz)
- Ice cubes
- Sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the espresso and oat milk.
- Shake it up vigorously for about 15 seconds!
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Sweeten if you like, then sip and feel refreshed
