Irish Coffee
A warming classic with a kick — hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and a float of cream. Perfect for chilly nights or slow weekend mornings.
Ingredients
- Freshly brewed hot coffee (1 cup)
- Irish whiskey (1-1.5 oz)
- Brown sugar (1-2 tsp, to taste)
- Heavy cream (lightly whipped)
Instructions
- Brew a cup of hot coffee.
- In a warm glass, combine the hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Gently pour the lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
- Sip through the cream and enjoy that cozy warmth!
